Typically utility trailers will just use treated lumber for the flooring. We really only offer vinyl flooring like the RV Vinyl Flooring # TS77FR you were looking at, which is intended for use in an enclosed trailer. You could still use it on your utility trailer but would need a wooden subfloor for it to stick to. You definitely don't want to be putting extra weight on your sunroof or your rear spoiler. The best way to avoid that is to either use a roof rack or hitch mounted carrier.
